Classy and girly with a kick of chic. I saw this on LOOKBOOK long ago and Hyped it. Your blouse is lovely, and made lovelier with the bow. I like the skirt and the pumps as well. The cap is a bit too much for me with the big "Vogue" on it, but I like the cap too.
