Today is a special day it's the Birthday of my friend of 17 years...I couldn't be more grateful to have her in my life she truly is a beautiful person inside and out...we've been through so much together and have stood by each other after all theses years, I love her like a sister...I wish her all the happiness in the world she deserves nothing but the best...

DIY Side table...

I bought this second hand side table awhile back, it was in pretty rough shape when I got it but I saw potential there and decided to do a little revamping with it...I first sanded it down, repainted it an antique white, varnished it and then took some rope and glued the the whole surface...and here it is the new and improved side table!!!...

It's official....

It's official I'm...getting old!!!

I went to the ophthalmologist the other day for an eye check up, I've been getting lots of migraines in my eyes when working on the computer and she told that I'm now slightly near sided and need reading glasses only for when I'm on the computer... good news is at least I don't have to wear them all the time...

I use to tease my mom about her getting old when she would hold something far away from her in order to read what was written...karma's a bitch ...now I'm the old fart lol...I'll just keep telling myself it's not an age thing it's more of a maturity thing ;)...

DIY project...

Hey everybody...Sorry for the lack of writing I've been on lazy mode, I must admit I've never been much of a writer and always preferred pictures rather then words...so bare with me ;)

Since we moved into our new place I've really been inspired of coming up with new DIY projects and having fun with it...being able to decorate and not spend a fortune really is gratifying for me...There's just something about letting loose, being creative and expressing yourself that I really enjoy. I think everyone should do the same and let there inner artist come out...Enjoy your week everybody Xo...
